Terms

2.1

Term

  • Ongoing, cancellable by either party with 14 days' notice.
2.2

Hours and availability

  • 3 hours/day, 6 days/week (total 18 hrs/week).
  • Working window: 3 hours split throughout the day as agreed.
  • Any change requires 24 hours' notice.
2.3

Scope of work

  • Instagram DMs: welcomes, follow-ups, openers using provided scripts.
  • Content: scheduling posts/stories, basic Canva edits.
  • Admin: lead tracking, simple docs, appointment setting.
  • Other tasks by mutual written agreement.
2.4

Performance and reporting

  • End-of-Day Report (EOD) via WhatsApp including:
    • Hours worked, conversations started, replies, bookings, key wins/blocks.
  • 15-min weekly check-ins on agreed day and time.
2.5

Communication

  • Primary: WhatsApp.
  • Response time during working window: within 15 minutes.
2.6

Compensation

  • Rate: 13,500 PHP per 36 hours of work.
  • Commission: 2,500 PHP monthly call booking target. 800 PHP for every call booked and closed.
  • Paid via direct bank transfer / Wise every 2 weeks.
  • Payment schedule: every other Monday, covering the prior 2 weeks.
  • Time tracking: manual EOD totals approved by Client.
2.7

Confidentiality and IP

  • Contractor agrees to keep all business, client, and lead data confidential.
  • All work products and templates created for Client are Client's property.
2.8

Tools and access

  • Provided by Client: Instagram access, scripts, templates, trackers.
  • 2FA/passwords managed via Nordpass.
2.9

Quality standards

  • Use provided scripts and guidelines; no changes without approval.
  • English grammar and tone to match brand voice.
  • No promises, guarantees, or discounts without written approval.
2.10

Timezone and holidays

  • Contractor to notify planned time off 7 days in advance.
  • Unplanned absence: notify ASAP.
2.11

Independent contractor

  • Contractor is not an employee; responsible for own taxes and equipment.
2.12

Termination

  • 14 days' notice by either party.
  • Immediate termination for breach of confidentiality or misconduct.
2.13

Governing law

  • England and Wales.
